We provide delivery services to our consumers. All products are dispatched from our warehouse which located in Klang, Selangor. Our standard delivery takes 3 – 4 working weeks for furniture and bedding.
The delivery fee is Free for Klang Valley area only. Charges will be applied for outstation delivery. Presently, the delivery service is available only within Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. Deliver is not available on Sunday, Public Holidays, or outside the working hours (10am-7pm).
Our delivery team will contact you three (3) to five (5) working days prior to actual delivery date for delivery arrangement. Delivery does not include any additional services such as disposal, installation and etc. Any additional services shall be informed to our delivery team minimum of 3 days in advanced of the delivery date. Otherwise, any further request will not be entertained.

Other Services
Disposal
For disposal services for old furniture, requests shall be made 3 working days before the exact delivery date. Disposal services does not include dismantle. Disposal services will be rejected if it contains any bed buds or might damage/affect our other furniture product in our transportation (Lorry). Disposal services will not available during the peak / festival season.

Dismantle / Installation
No installation charges will be applied if the purchased product is delivered and install at the same day. Dismantle charges will be applied upon request. Requests shall be made 3 working days before the exact delivery date. We do not provide services for dismantling built-in wardrobe and transferring item to another location.
